Kylie Shipman, who has been with us since Benowa Early Learning Centre first opened in 1993, was then a Teaching Director and now is the current owner alongside her Husband Russell Shipman. In 2017 Kylie & Russell, along with previous part owners, built, created and opened our beautiful sister centre, Benowa Hills Early Learning. Kylie and Russell are very passionate owners who are on site at both of our Centres to ensure they provide the highest level of care for every child, family and staff member.
